Since its inception in 2007, the eument-net project is building a European network of mentoring programmes for women in academia and research.

• high standard mentoring programmes promoting the advancement of women in academia and research,
• women in academia and research interested in mentoring, and
• stakeholders in science and research policy, planning to implement mentoring programmes to promote gender equality.
