Information regarding the processing and protection of personal data (General Data Protection Regulation)
The personal data provided during the registration for an event organized by Eument-net via telephone, email, or in registration forms will be processed by Eument-net exclusively for the preparation, execution, and handling of the respective event.
Eument-net processes the participants personal data as well as the contact details provided in application forms.
Personal data will be processed by the organisational team of Eument-net, and solely within the scope of the respective event. Personal data will only be passed on for processing to employees connected with the respective event.
Photos will only be processed for the respective event, and might thus be also published publicly or made available to all members of Eument-net. Recipients of such data are, next to Eument-net members, also media representatives.
The legal basis for the processing of such personal data can be found in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), namely in the requirement for processing for the purpose of administration and observance of rights and obligations, including the publication of photographs, and/or making photographs accessible (compare Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b GDPR, accordingly).
Personal data will be stored for the time of the legal storage period as well as up until the expiration of the period of limitation for potential claims. Afterwards, data will be deleted provided that no other legitimate interests exist which would justify further storage.
